I cant agree with you on many points.As for the characterisation, I think the most poorly done is that of Dharmendra, which you have failed to mention at all. He appears too mild and out of place for a scheming ganglord. You have also failed to appreciate the top class cinematography of the film especially the train sequences.Many of your other observations are also out of place and not quite in tune with what one actually experiences on seeing the film.
